About Montgomery Hills

The Montgomery Hills corridor on Georgia Avenue in Montgomery County, Maryland, is the gateway to downtown Silver Spring, from the I-495 Georgia Avenue interchange south to Spring Street. It encompasses established neighborhoods on both sides of Georgia Avenue, with many houses dating from the late 19th and early 20th Centuries, and a business corridor lining Georgia Avenue comprised of retail and commercial establishments.

49-Cent Dress Joins Music Lineup for Street Fest 2024!

Friends of Montgomery Hills is thrilled to have 49-Cent Dress fill out our lineup on the Street Fest 2024 stage! 49-Cent Dress delivers rock & roll with a little bit of blues & soul. Led by WAMMIE-nominated vocalist Liz Springer, 49-Cent Dress delivers danceable tunes from the Beatles, the Pretenders, Miley Cyrus, David Bowie, the Rolling Stones, Stevie Nicks, Aimee Winehouse, Madonna, and many other artists from the 1960s through the 2000s.
